From the simplest mini plate saw to the largest system Alu-Cut International Inc can provide stand alone systems with or without material handling equipment, as well as scrap processing facilities with chip extraction and briquetting.

Alu-Cut International Inc has the technology for utilizing both band saw and circular saw technology and in the vast majority of cases the circular saw provides a totally flexible system for cutting aluminium plate and also provides a higher degree of accuracy and surface finish. If cutting requirements are somewhat restricted then band saw technology can be utilized.

Alu-Cut International Inc's range of plate saws covers capacities from 500 mm wide x 2 meters in length and 5mm thickness through to 56 meters in length, 5 meters in width and 400+ mm thick with control systems from manual positioning with a work piece stop and automatic movement of the 2-axis blade system through to full 7-axis absolute positioning, servo controlled with full operator interface, moving cabin and other ancillary facilities.

Equipment such as chip and scrap conveyors, scrap saws, moving shuttle tables with automatic scrap handling are available from Alu-Cut International Inc.
