Alu-Cut International Inc is the leading supplier of high production band saw systems for cutting rolling slab/ingots and t-bars.

Both aluminium (aluminum) and magnesium systems have been supplied, having capacities from 800 mm wide x 300 mm thick and 3 meters in length to systems that will handle ingots/slabs up to 3000 mm in width x 800 mm thick and 12 meters in length.

Alu-Cut International Inc designs and manufactures stand alone saw heads through to complete systems including independent down enders, spotter trolley or deep sidebar conveyor chain storage facilities, conveyors, weighing systems, fully automatic scrap removal, indent and ink jet marking and 'time of flight' laser technology for positioning of the slab.

All systems are provided with the latest technology in PLC controls with the hardware and software tailored to suit the customer's requirements by utilizing band saw blade technology, this provides numerous advantages over the traditional method of using large circular saws and in a majority of cases realizing a more than 8:1 advantage.
