Hydraulically powered infeed conveyor with joy stick control built in two sections of 10'length with a spacing for fork lift loading of material of 4'.

Outfeed conveyor of identical design to that of the infeed conveyor with 16" centered rollers and 10' length

Manually positioned hydraulically raised and lowered work piece stop relative to the band saw blade adjustable from 22" to 108".

The complete system has been totally rebuilt, substituting new components and updated control system as follows.

Full PLC control of all machine functions with industrial touch pad control for all manual and automatic functions of the system.

Joy stick control of forward and reverse motions to conveyors.

System completely rewired.

New hydraulic manifolds with DO3 valving.

All hydraulic cylinders rebuilt with new seals and re-honed as appropriate.

All bearings and wearing slides replaced.

NOTE: the flat machine ways that the head traverses on have been replaced with ground slideways of T1 material having a hardness of 42 Rockwell C as opposed to the mild steel ways originally supplied.

All rebuilding and reconditioning work has been carried out under the supervision of an experienced ex-DoAll person.
